Court Orders iPhone To Be Sold Unlocked, Without Contract In Germany

It appears that Apple’s practice of selling the iPhone only on one carrier, and with a 2-year subscription is illegal in Germany. Now there will be some competition, and no subscription required! Finally, some good fair prices will arise.
