Reports are coming in of an iPod nano that started a fire. It appears it self combusted and erupted in flames. It created a foot wide fire before it was discovered and extinguished. The weird part is it was simply sitting there. Recall to come?

On 9th May 2008 my brand new ipod nano was charging via the usb as instructed. I came home from work and my house was on fire. I’ve lost everything including my beloved dog who was in the house. Apple are aware of the problem of exploding ipods apparently but still continue to sell them. It’s disgusting
