One of the most comprehensive all in one instant messenger apps for the iphone is the IM+ 
from Shape Services. In a nutshell, this little program can login to these following services:
- Skype
- MySpace
- GoogleTalk
- Yahoo
- MSN
- AIM
- ICQ
- and Jabber
Overall, this program is pretty straightforward and if you have accounts is more than one of these services, an application like this one makes a LOT of sense. Additionally, this app features in-app purchasing with speech recognition available as a download.
